David Harper reworked the ducting system in my old house and thereby bringing heat/AC to my master bedroom closet and bathroom where there had been none. His creative problem solving, workmanship and willingness to finish no matter what it took were second to none. If your looking for a reasonable solution to a difficult problem I highly recommend David Harper.
Walt Renshaw took care of my furnace/AC service today. He was very thorough and accommodating.

I want to commend Amy who provided great service to our home, gave good explanations on our HVAC system, and was really helpful in telling me what we need to do to keep our home functioning well. She's a great Gal - I think she needs a raise!

Had a problem with my thermostat and they quickly sent Kylar McGowen over to fix it. He was very professional,respected my home by putting on shoe covers, quickly diagnosed the problem and fixed it. Would recommend him highly to anyone.Gets 100% from me. Thank you all at Hamilton.
The basement drain needed cleaned out so we called Bob Hamilton and a tech came out right away. Upon arrival the tech introduced himself as Mike S and who he was with. He quickly assessed the situation, explained the procedure he was going to preform and quickly resolved the issue. After completion he fully explained what service was provided and explained the warranty that your company provides throughly. He was very knowledgeable, curtious, cleaned up after and had concern for our needs. We would certainly call on this company again for any future plumbing needs.
Walt and his partner conducted a heating and A/C system check. We had a new furnace, A/C and water heater installed in January. We were very please with the system check, which is a part of our Service Partner program with Bob Hamilton. We have several repairs and were always well satisfied with the service and price.
Both of our toilets would not flush. Called Bob Hamilton at 7 a.m. and someone was at by 8 a.m. The young man was polite and articulate. He took care of the clog and called the camera tech man to show and further explain what had happened and to confirm that the problem was taken care of. They were done by 9:30. I was very impressed!
My heater went out. The tech found the problem, repaired it and explained as he was going along. James gave me several options going forward and their prices. After he left it still didn't work. I was to call the next day & advise what option I wanted. I called the next morning about 8a & they already had me on the list to do, waiting for my call. Set up an appointment, then about an hour later, Heather, called to say they did'nt have the part in stock & it would take 5-7 days to get it in. Not able to wait, she said a rep would be out to see if anything could be temp fixed, to work the furnace. The tech, Shawn, came out and said the wrong ignitor was installed. He however didnt have it on his truck. He made a call & thot he could cross reference it, but he needed to to KC to pick it up. Long story shorter, we have heat- largely due to Shawns dedication to his customers. Not bad mouthing the company or the tech that installed the wrong part. Your company could to worse than hiring more techs like Shawn. I will use Bob Hamilton for all work I need, but Shawn is the man. Thanks to Shawn I am a very satisfied customer....
