Had a problem with my thermostat and they quickly sent Kylar McGowen over to fix it. He was very professional,respected my home by putting on shoe covers, quickly diagnosed the problem and fixed it. Would recommend him highly to anyone.Gets 100% from me. Thank you all at Hamilton.
The basement drain needed cleaned out so we called Bob Hamilton and a tech came out right away. Upon arrival the tech introduced himself as Mike S and who he was with. He quickly assessed the situation, explained the procedure he was going to preform and quickly resolved the issue. After completion he fully explained what service was provided and explained the warranty that your company provides throughly. He was very knowledgeable, curtious, cleaned up after and had concern for our needs. We would certainly call on this company again for any future plumbing needs.
Walt and his partner conducted a heating and A/C system check. We had a new furnace, A/C and water heater installed in January. We were very please with the system check, which is a part of our Service Partner program with Bob Hamilton. We have several repairs and were always well satisfied with the service and price.
Kudos to David H. at Bob Hamilton for another outstanding service call. David is clearly one of the finest furnace and ac techs in the industry as his attention to detail and doing the job right is second-to-none. Both of our toilets would not flush. Called Bob Hamilton at 7 a.m. and someone was at by 8 a.m. The young man was polite and articulate. He took care of the clog and called the camera tech man to show and further explain what had happened and to confirm that the problem was taken care of. They were done by 9:30. I was very impressed!
My heater went out. The tech found the problem, repaired it and explained as he was going along. James gave me several options going forward and their prices. After he left it still didn't work. I was to call the next day & advise what option I wanted. I called the next morning about 8a & they already had me on the list to do, waiting for my call. Set up an appointment, then about an hour later, Heather, called to say they did'nt have the part in stock & it would take 5-7 days to get it in. Not able to wait, she said a rep would be out to see if anything could be temp fixed, to work the furnace. The tech, Shawn, came out and said the wrong ignitor was installed. He however didnt have it on his truck. He made a call & thot he could cross reference it, but he needed to to KC to pick it up. Long story shorter, we have heat- largely due to Shawns dedication to his customers. Not bad mouthing the company or the tech that installed the wrong part. Your company could to worse than hiring more techs like Shawn. I will use Bob Hamilton for all work I need, but Shawn is the man. Thanks to Shawn I am a very satisfied customer....
We had 2 technicians come out today, I don't have the first ones name but very professional, on time, and got job done quick no mess etc....also scheduled someone to come out with the camera got a call in 15 minutes and next technician on the way!
The next technician was Steve Diiotio, he was very professional and nice. Steve ran the camera and I asked that I look at what he found, I know nothing about plumbing but It was actually very interesting. Steve explained what the camera was seeing where the problems were and we're not and what the current and future problems could be, he also explained our options on how to correct the problems. I really appreciate the great service today and time spent explaining definitely have a better understanding! We will be contacting you soon for follow up! Thanks again!
I called for an estimate on a sewer line issue, and they were able to come out the next day. I had additional questions (twice) so ended up calling several times. Each time, I spoke with a different person who was just as nice, professional, and helpful as the one before. Problem solver Joe came out, as scheduled, and completed his work to identify our problem. The break ended up being at city main, so it was city's responsibility. Joe was quick, efficient, and friendly. Great service and company.
Mr. Corky Williams, I don't know what we would have done without him. We listened to numerous sales pitches from salesman that could not answer questions we asked. Then we call Bob Hamilton and had Corky come out. I can't even remember the hours he was here explaining the different types of heating and air conditioning systems that would be right for our home. We also were getting a ductless system for patio room. We are so happy with our decision.
The crew including Corky arrived bright and early one day and installed the a/c and furance, new hot water heater, humidifer, deductless system in our patio room among other items in one day. Before getting these systems we could not use our patio outside because of the noise from the units, now it is amazing how quite it is.
I can not say enough about Corky. He is a true gentlemen and very kind hearted, which you can't find very often.
