Service Objectives


  • Arrive at customer site within the scheduled time frame.
  • Service technicians will demonstrate professionalism and good attitudes.
  • Whenever possible, the service technician will park on the street visible to the customer.
  • Service technicians will have clean uniforms and booties will be worn while at customer's business or home.
  • Service technicians will present the customer with their business card upon arrival.
  • A blue mat will be placed under work area to help prevent messes.
  • The service technician will diagnose the problem and provide the customer with repair or replacement options and a price to perform the service. They will explain all work to be performed and Bob Hamilton's service warranty. Our technicians will recommend only the solution to fix the customers problems.
  • Technicians will leave the customer's site cleaner than when they arrived and ask if there is any other services that they could perform while on site to save the customer money.
  • We stock and sell only top quality parts. We back the manufacturers warranty with our own labor warranties. If a part fails we will replace it at no charge, no questions asked. Our fleet of service trucks carries a complete stock of plumbing repair parts for all typical repair situations. Our fleet is stocked daily through our "just in time" delivery system set up through our suppliers. They are stocked with faucets, garbage disposals, water heaters, toilets, and other essential repair items.
